Mississippi Monday | 2015 Recap

We've said it before and we'll say it again, 2015 was a great year! Read one post back for a list of may reasons we loved 2015, but to add to that list, it was also the year we started our long-time-coming #MississippiMonday series! This series, as most things here at Thimblepress® started as an idea from our owner, Kristen Ley, and we are so happy this was one of the ideas we were able to pull into reality and give life last year.

We had the great honor and fun of researching, interviewing and adventuring all in the name of of "blog content", and we shared over 40 stories of people, brands, places and things we love about Mississippi last year. But, really, it was and is so much more than just content to share here. Each post and each experience that we share not only grows our network of friends and contacts in our great state, but it also grows our appreciation for our community and fuels the fire that energizes us to want to do more and be more as a small business. Small biz is all about the connections and meaningful interactions you create, and this #MississippiMonday series is another platform for just that.

We can't wait to share more about the community we love so dearly, and we also want to hear more from you all! Are you a Mississippian? What are the places, people, artists, musicians, restaurants, or highlights of our state to you? Share your favorite things about our state with us, and you may just find a post about it here in 2016!
