It's officially arts + crafts festival season, and we could not be more excited for the upcoming Stray At Home Arts Festival in our backyard of downtown Jackson, just a hop-skip-and-jump away from our studio! This years festival boasts a docket of over 25 artists (including Thimblepress!), a host of southern musical talent, their ever popular cornhole tournament, along with food and drink vendors and a community bike ride. Needless to say, bring it on!
As if all that weren't enough, all public donations given at the festival along with all corn hole tournament participant’s entry fees and additional sponsor support will benefit Jackson's first bicycle and pedestrian multi-use trail, the Museum to Market Trail! The Trail, stretching from the Mississippi's Farmer's Market on High Street in Downtown Jackson all the way to LeFleur's Bluff State Park will intersect with the Natural Science and Mississippi Children's Museums on Museum Drive.
We are beyond enthused to have such talent, charisma and general community support here in downtown Jackson and we do hope you'll come out and support our city and the arts on
SATURDAY, MAY 9th
